Good Vines is a wine bar designed for the casual wine drinker who is seeking a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere without the pretension often associated with wine culture. I conducted in-depth research at various wine bars and breweries, focusing on the customer journey to better understand what makes a space feel inviting and approachable. This research was guided by a storytelling lens, allowing me to capture authentic experiences and emotions. As part of the project, I developed the brand identity for Good Vines, including the logo and social media content. I also created a customer journey map and a storyboard to visualize and enhance the overall guest experience.
